This property required a complete refurbishment as well as a considerable extension to the rear to meet the client’s needs.

Materials such as cladding and render are extremely effective when trying to cover less-desirable bricks, as demonstrated here.

The large extension to the rear houses the kitchen, dining and living space, as well as a new en-suite. A raised patio accessed out of the kitchen space combines the two areas together.

Whilst this project is modest, the transformation is much greater.
