The Coach House was previously used as a holiday let, but the client wanted to transform this building into a more permanent home.

The building lies within the curtilage of a listed building and is therefore listed itself. Planning was granted for a large but sympathetic single storey extension to the rear of the property, set within the walled garden.

The interior was transformed to create a vibrant space, utilising the natural light available.
