Project: Redland Gardens
We are delighted to share with you a recently completed project, Redland Gardens!
Redland Gardens is a residential development consisting of 6 mews-style dwellings in the beautiful Norfolk village of Burnham Market. The existing 1960’s bungalow which occupied the site, was demolished to make way for 6 two-storey dwellings. Vertex Architecture was instructed to maximise the sites potential, and gained planning approval for 4 semi-detached, and 2 detached, three-bedroom properties. At just under 100m² per dwelling, it was important that we used our architectural knowledge and spatial awareness to maximise the space we had available. The dwellings were built to the highest quality by renowned developers Avocet Homes; here is what they had to say;
